Senior Account Development Manager B2C

EXPECTED KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Account management

  • Knows the customers of his/her portfolio (potential, contacts, etc.), and maintains an uptodate customer database.
  • Develops and maintains customer relationships; interactions are traced in the CRM.
  • Centralises and synthesises field information and maintains contact with the central office.
  • Manages the entire relationship, and negotiates with the decision maker at the headquarters of a multiterritory customer.
  • Ensures the coordinates with SAMs in other territories and with the central office.
Business development

  • Analyses his/her territory (market, actors, competition, etc.) and maintains an identity card.
  • Pilots his/her job activity using the available CRM tools.
  • Develops new business opportunities.
  • Develops a commercial action plan to achieve the objectives set for the period, in compliance with the legal framework.
  • Establishes and pilots commercial contracts.
  • Use his/her skills to become a business consultant (Sell In and Sell Out) to the customers in his/her territory.
  • Ensures the satisfaction of his/her customers by ensuring that their requests are taken into account.
  • Takes or proposes initiatives in line with commercial policy.
  • Leads on global business reportng: full reporting (volume, € turnover, € GM, ratios, etc.) including 3 business reviews per year, forecasts (ex: CALA), management of a marketing/communication budget.
Knowledge of products and services

  • Management of product and service offers.
  • Relies on experts to build skills.
