**Jouw taken**:
- Als Client Coordination Officer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten binnen de gehele organisatie.
- Je voert een proactieve, klantvriendelijk communicatie en verzorgt een optimale klantenservice.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor oa een accurate en tijdige orderverwerking en bereidt de nodige douanedocumenten voor.
- Je overlegt met de klant en de operationele afdeling over de uitvoerbaarheid van de orders.
**Jouw profiel**:
Om succesvol te zijn beschik je in het ideale geval over volgende kwalificaties:
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma en/of minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je bent gemotiveerd, communicatief, je houdt van een proactieve aanpak en gaat problemen niet uit de weg
- Je denkt commercieel en kan de klantenwensen vertalen naar de organisatie
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels
- Je hebt een basiskennis van douane
- en accijnswetgeving en bijhorende administratie
- Je bent flexibel qua werktijden dit omwille van de wachtdiensten.
