Moniquet & Company is een snel groeiende management consulting firm met cliënten in diverse sectoren. De focus ligt op strategie, corporate finance, M&A en change. Datagedreven en praktijkgericht helpen we onze cliënten meetbaar rendement en cashflow te verbeteren en hun strategische positie te versterken. Om onze groei te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een senior associate.

**Een greep uit je takenpakket en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je voert **complexe en datagedreven analyses** uit rond verschillende business vraagstukken
- Je neemt een **leidende rol** tijdens studies en bouwt actief mee aan de **relaties** **met** **cliënten**:

- Je gaat **ter plaatse bij de cliënt** om de processen en interacties met klanten te observeren
- Je zoekt actief mee naar het **dagelijks verbeteren van de operations** van Moniquet & Company
- Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het **plannen en opvolgen van deadlines** in studies
- Je **begeleidt junior associates** in hun professionele groei
- Je voert zelfstandig **interviews** uit met cliënten
- Je komt actief met **innovatieve en onderbouwde oplossingen** om de waardecreatie van de cliënt meetbaar te verbeteren
- Je geeft de analyses en aanbevelingen **grafisch vorm** en waakt er mee over dat je collega's dit op de geijkte Moniquet & Company manier doen
- Je gaat **actief op zoek naar nieuwe cliënten** voor Moniquet & Company
- Je werkt voor **meerdere cliënten** tegelijk
- Je maakt deel uit van het **management committee** van Moniquet & Company

**Geeft het lezen van volgend profiel je energie?**:

- Je behaalde een **masterdiploma**; bij voorkeur in een economische richting
- Je hebt **minstens twee jaar ervaring**, bij voorkeur in management consulting
- Je beschikt over een **rijbewijs B** en bent bereid minstens 20% van je tijd te reizen
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het **business
- en overheidslandschap** **in België**:

- Je bent **analytisch en cijfermatig sterk** en bent in staat snel tot de essentie van een probleem te komen
- Je bent bekend met de **concepten van rendement op geïnvesteerd kapitaal, groei en free cashflow**:

- Je bent sterk met **Excel en PowerPoint**:

- Je hebt een groot **verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel** en deinst er niet voor terug anderen op hun verantwoordelijkheden te duiden
- Je **denkt strategisch** en in termen van **scenario's**:

- Je hebt **commerciële flair** en bent in staat snel een interessant netwerk voor jezelf en Moniquet & Company op te bouwen
- Je bent **mondeling en schriftelijk communicatief sterk** en past je boodschap flexibel aan aan je doelpubliek
- Je haalt energie uit **samenwerken met anderen**:

- Je bent **ambitieus** en staat ervoor open om constant bij te leren en uitgedaagd te worden
- Je hebt **uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden**. Iedereen voelt zich comfortabel in jouw bijzijn
