Pour un de nos clients basé à **Bruxelles**, nous sommes à la recherche d'un** Team Leader IT Support (h/f) à temps plein. Le début de la mission commencera au plus vite, à long terme.**
**Votre mission**
Vous intégrerez une équipe constituée de 7 personnes, pour garantir un support qualitatif aux différentes équipes IT et aux utilisateurs. Vous gérer l'équipe support, helpdesk et téléphonie afin d'assurer la mise à disposition d'outils de bureautique et liés aux postes de travail (PC's, Laptops, imprimantes, scan, téléphone..) et des potentiels problèmes à leur utilisation.
**Superviser les collaborateurs support, helpdesk et téléphonie**
- Etablit la répartition du travail et le planning du personnel et adapte les plannings existants aux besoins du service (ex. modification de missions, maladie) pour permettre la continuité du service;
- Organise des réunions d'équipe et instruit et motive les collaborateurs;
- Contrôle les tâches effectuées par l'équipe et les corrige si nécessaire;
- Motive les collaborateurs en passant des accords clairs et en émettant des règles pratiques;
- Encadre les collaborateurs, détecte leurs besoins en formation et les informe à propos des évolutions dans la spécialisation;
- Effectue les tâches administratives concernant l'organisation de l'équipe (ex. maladie );
**Gérer les demandes adressées au helpdesk**
- Analyse les demandes reçues par le helpdesk et planifie les interventions en fonction de l'urgence (installation de nouveaux logiciels, remplacement de matériel, dépannages, etc.);
- Recherche des méthodes et/ou outils pour améliorer le service (ex. méthode pour configurer plusieurs postes en même temps);
- Sépare les demandes relevant du helpdesk de celles relevant d'autres services et règle le problème avec le service compétent (ex. les problèmes dus à un manque de formation de base à l'utilisation des outils informatiques relevant du service formation);
- Gère et optimise l'outil de helpdesk (incidents/problèmes/catalogue de services )
**Superviser l'activité support**
- Supervise les interventions de l'équipe support en charge du déploiement, du remplacement et des pannes des outils bureautiques ;
- Supervise le fonctionnement et le bon usage des appareils multi-media des salles de réunions
- Procède à certaines interventions de dépannage;
**Superviser le fonctionnement de la téléphonie**
- Supervise la gestion des abonnements téléphoniques
- Contrôle la facturation des opérateurs téléphonie et télécommunication
- Supervise le fonctionnement et la paramétrisation technique de la centrale téléphonique
- Supervise la commande, le remplacement et la distribution de postes téléphoniques internes (fixes et mobiles) et des parlophones
**Suivre le stock et les besoins en matériel**
- Suit le stock de pièces, PC, imprimantes, etc. et passe la commande auprès des fournisseurs;
- Evalue les besoins en matériel pour l'équipe et passe les commandes d'achat de nouveau matériel en interne (dans la limite du budget attribué);
- Se concerte avec les fournisseurs lorsque le matériel livré ne correspond pas à la demande ou en cas de défectuosités;
- Demande des offres de prix aux fournisseurs concernant le matériel bureautique
- Gère le budget, en fait le suivi par rapport à la facturation
- Anime le Comité Matériel Informatique en charge de réguler les demandes et le déploiement de nouveaux matériels bureautiques ou postes de travail
**Votre profil**
- Bachelier en ICT indispensable
- Expérience** d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction de support de 1er et de 2ième niveau**:
- Une première expérience dans la gestion d'équipe
- La connaissance d'ITIL est un atout
- Bilinguisme FR/NL et connaissance technique de l'anglais
- Connaissance de : WINDOWS (Active Directory, mot de passe utilisateur, systems & policies ), réseaux (VLAN, TCP/IP,), poste de travail virtuel (Horizon)
- Applications bureautique et drivers (imprimantes, liens dfs, scanners )
- Connaissance d'outils de configuration d'image standard de postes de travail (ex : MDT)
- Connaissance du logiciel helpdesk GLPI constitue un avantage
- Coach et team player
- Orienté client, avide d'apprendre, esprit d'équipe et résistance au stress
