Senior Product Owner Oem

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Owner whose daily focus will be, managing, and prioritizing functionality requests for BricsCAD OEM as well as ensuring revenue growth through OEM partnerships.
Your responsibilities include

  • Supporting the team in building the product roadmap by:
  • defining the OKRs (objectives and key results for the upcoming release)
- validating roadmap in accordance with sales and partner input

  • Grooming and prioritizing the development backlog and ensuring that the team:
  • is focused on the high value elements and roadmap commitments
- is clear on the requirements (problem, goal, objective, acceptance (ie story writing)

  • Preparing content needed to ensure that the management teams and partners are engaged and aware of the product roadmap, progress, and risk management strategies
  • Defining, and monitoring success of the assigned product area and delivered features
  • Participating in the scrum / agile ceremonies from inception, planning, review, and update

Profile:

  • 710 years of proven work experience related to
    Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, acquired in CAD user, product manager, or software developer roles, ideally a combination of these roles.
  • Experience in leading the efforts of a small team.
  • Organized and striving to determine and deliver the pertinent level of detail for every task.
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator, with businesslevel English proficiency. Verbal skills in Dutch and/or French are a bonus.
  • Able to realistically plan own work, and work independently and reliably.
  • Good working knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed, and rapidly changing organization.
Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: Field Sales Support and/or Business development best practices
