**Functiebeschrijving**
Je zorgt voor economisch en kwalitatief verantwoorde aankopen binnen het budget. Je ontwikkelt een evaluatiesysteem om de beste leveranciers te selecteren en optimaliseert de aankoopprocedures. Je beoordeelt leveranciers op kwaliteit, prijs, leverings-, service
- en aankoopvoorwaarden. Je gaat actief op zoek naar alternatieve leveranciers die betrouwbaar en financieel stabiel zijn en negotieert contracten met als doel een optimale prijs/kwaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen en je bent bekwaam om de behoeften van andere departementen te begrijpen. Je stelt KPI's op, volgt deze op en onderneemt acties ter verbetering. Je realiseert jaarlijks een besparing op het uitstaand APV (annual purchase value). Je werkt volgens de Europese aankooprichtlijnen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de gebouwen binnen het vastgestelde budget. Je doet de voorbereidingen voor purchase in kader van het SAP project.
**Functie-eisen**
Je kan terugblikken op een eerste werkervaring binnen aankoop Je beschikt over een master of bachelordiploma binnen een economische richting Je bent een dynamische persoon met sterke onderhandelingstechnieken Je bent resultaatgericht en bezit het nodige leiderschap om de aankoopdoelstellingen te realiseren. Je beschikt over een goede talenkennis NL-FR-ENG Je beschikt over ervaring met rapportering, beschikt over goede excelskills Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch inzicht Je beschikt over een helicopterview en bent een kei in prioriteitenmanagement
**Arbeidsvoorwaarden**

- 27 verlofdagen (+per 5 jaar dienst 1 extra dag)
- Je beschikt over een eigen camionette, telefoon en tablet en werkt altijd in je eigen regio
- Informele werksfeer, je komt terecht in een leuk team
- We bieden je een zelfstandige functie in teamverband aan. Jij doet het uitvoerende werk, maar je staat er niet alleen voor. Je kunt altijd rekenen op de kennis en kunde van onze organisatie.
- Als service technieker wordt je mede het gezicht van Toyota Material Handling Belgium, want jij werkt dagelijks bij onze klanten in jouw regio
