Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and define a product strategy for your domain.
- Manage your product road map, own the backlog, prioritize, know the "why's"
- Performing customer interviews to understand your users as best as possible.
- Interact with external and internal stakeholders to understand challenges, determine priorities and proactively manage expectation
- Stay up to date with industry trends, but even more important; create the trends
- Drive release strategies and ensure that related activities, such as internal training, creating documentation, and troubleshooting, can take place
- Create and refine user stories together with your squad
- Work with, coach, and mentor, other product owners
Qualifications
- Experience as a product owner, product manager or similar
- An analytical mind and tech savviness
- Good understanding of the SDLC
- Knowledge of Agile working, preferably with handson experience with Scrum
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English, building relationships is key
