What you can expect
We are looking for someone to join the team, on a full-time basis, to lead and supervise our remote real estate valuations.
Your responsibilities amongst others will include:
- Undertake remote valuation assignments by conducting remote inspections and preparing valuation reports
- Supervise and train our team of junior valuers
- Actively contribute to the optimisation and automation of 's valuation methodology to further streamline the remote valuation process for our customers
- Act as a link between and our customers
- Actively contribute to our valuation product development (particular focus on UX/UI) and interact closely with our business and data scientists
- Help optimize our valuation pipeline by sharing your real estate expertise, remotely and onsite
- Support the decision making process alongside our business team

Required skills & experience
You could be the one we are looking for if:
- You are a team player, fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a decent knowledge of English
- You have several years of experience in the real estate sector, with direct exposure to real estate valuations
- You adapt and learn quickly
- You have a handson mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
- You have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- You like managing a team and you have excellent communication skills
- You have a keen interest in technology and real estate
