**Omschrijving**:
In deze freelance opdracht werk je als **Personal Assistant** in **Kontich**. In deze opdracht van 1 maand met kan op verlenging ondersteun je de CEO op administratief vlak. Je regelt ook persoonlijke afspraken voor hem. Het is een **fulltime **opdracht, maar eventueel 4/5de zou ook een optie kunnen zijn.

Werken via Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions betekent dat je alle vrijheid als Freelancer behoudt, maar vind je makkelijk nieuwe opdrachten en vereenvoudig je jouw administratie.

Een greep uit het takenpakket:

- Je beheert de agenda van de CEO en CFO.
- Je zorgt voor de voorbereiding van meetings, maakt de agenda's op en notuleert.
- Actiepunten worden door jou opgevolgd.
- De communicatie naar externen ligt ook bij jou.
- Je organiseert mee interne en externe events.
- Je maakt presentaties op voor de directie.
- Jij fungeert als back-up voor je collega van het onthaal.
- Je organiseert het elektronische klassement
- Je bent betrokken bij verschillende projecten.

**Profiel**

Als **freelancer **wil je graag je huidige expertise verder verdiepen of delen met bedrijven.

**Jouw achtergrond** houdt onder andere in dat:

- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en een goed mondje Frans en Engels.
- Programma's zoals Microsoft Word, Excel en PowerPoint, kennen geen geheimen meer voor jou.
- Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en hebt al ervaring als Personal Assistant.

- Je bent communicatief ingesteld.
