**Votre fonction**:
Voor onze klant, een toonaangevend bedrijf in Geel zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Workforce Planner om het dynamische team te versterken. Als Workforce Planner speel je een essentiële rol in onze operationele processen, waarbij je dagelijks de orderflow vertaalt naar effectieve personeelsplanningen en nauw samenwerkt met operationele leidinggevenden en klanten.
Jouw Rol:
- Vertaal dagelijkse orderflow naar nauwkeurige personeelsplanningen en bespreek deze met operationele leidinggevenden.
- Onderhoud dagelijks contact met klanten, ben gewend om operationele uitdagingen aan te pakken en kunt met trots terugkijken op je dagelijkse prestaties.
- Analyseer productie forecastings van externe klanten met behulp van diverse interne planning
- en forecastingtools.
- Stel prioriteiten vast in samenspraak met klanten en voer regelmatig overleg met operationele leidinggevenden.
- Lever personeelsplanningen op kwartaal-, week
- en dagbasis voor verschillende klanten.
- Verzorg algemene planningsadministratie, inclusief rapportage van planning en productiviteit, maandelijkse facturatie en capaciteitsmeetings met externe klanten.
- Maak analyses van voorbije dagen op basis van nacalculaties om nieuwe orders en mogelijkheden in te schalen.
- Draag bij aan de continue verbetering van plannings
- en administratieprocessen.
- Denk kritisch mee over de opmaak van MBR/QBR slides om de juiste boodschap aan de klant over te brengen.
**Votre profil**:
- Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Kennis van logistieke processen.
- Gevorderde kennis van MS Excel, Outlook en Word.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, zowel geschreven als gesproken.
