What's the mission?
Hello there, are you ready to join an exciting journey protecting digital assets with Showpad, a leading company in cutting-edge sales enablement technology? We are searching for a creative Information Security Officer to strengthen our defenses and drive our mission to transform the sales experience.
What will you be doing?
As Information Security Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Showpad's Go To Market team in addressing compliance and information security-related inquiries.
- Creating customer-facing materials and engaging in customer calls.
- Evaluating third-party suppliers' information security standards.
- Providing expert advice on processes and strategies, serving as the primary contact for security-related issues.
- Managing the Information Security risk management program and conducting risk assessment activities.
- Participating in internal audit processes and compliance projects.
- Enhancing user awareness through security campaigns and training initiatives.
- Ensuring Showpad's infrastructure compliance and ISO/IEC certification status.
- Supporting the Business Continuity Program and overseeing training and exercises.
Are you the right fit?
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in information security and risk management.
- Prior experience with security standards and strong IT environment knowledge.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to personal data, especially GDPR.
- Relevant certifications in information security or risk management.
- Initiative, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.
- Analytical and project management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
Nice-to-haves:
- Success in a B2B SaaS organization.
- Experience with security standards such as SSAE 16, ISAE , and ISO/IEC .
- Knowledge of laws governing sensitive information like PCI-DSS or HIPAA.
