De missie van het CIO-office bestaat erin om op te treden als een echte facilitator van de afdeling IT en bij te dragen tot de definitie en de realisatie van de IT-strategie die er globaal op gericht is "om oplossingen voor klanten, partners en medewerkers te voorzien die hun voorkeur wegdragen".
Dit zal worden bereikt door een correcte organisatiestructuur, procedures en diensten voor de AXA IT organisatie te voorzien die in overeenstemming zijn met de noodzakelijke vereisten, waarbij risico en mate van verandering in evenwicht zijn, en in lijn met de doelstellingen bepaald voor het AXA IT ecosysteem.
Het CIO office is actief in de volgende expertisedomeinen : Audit, risk & compliance; IT strategy, Communication & change; Financial controlling & Monitoring; Workforce strategy & software management
Doel van de vacature
Binnen het expertisedomein van IT opstellen van gedragslijnen, evalueren van processen, updaten en/of nieuwe processen ontwikkelen en implementeren, controlemaatregelen voorstellen om de conformiteit met de wettelijke en reglementaire verplichtingen van de organisatie te verzekeren.
Interne controles definiëren, uitvoeren en monitoren, de controlemaatregelen en controles in vraag stellen om ze te verbeteren en nieuwe controlemaatregelen aanbevelen om permanent de conformiteit, de doeltreffendheid, de veiligheid en de kwaliteit van de activiteiten te verbeteren, zowel bij de interne als de gecontroleerde externe entiteiten.
In overeenstemming met de prioriteiten en rekening houdend met de gestelde deadlines, de activiteiten samen met de IT-medewerkers organiseren en superviseren om een dienstverlening aan te bieden die aan de eisen van de interne en/of externe klant voldoet.
Deelnemen aan informatie-uitwisselingen om de kennis en expertise binnen het team te verbeteren en zo de kwaliteit van de geleverde dienst te verhogen.
Resultaatsdomeinen
- Binnen het specialisatiedomein IT mogelijke risico's opsporen en analyseren, bestaande processen analyseren/ challengen, controles definieren en testen van complexe en specifieke controles binnen verschillende disciplines, rapporten opstellen om aanbevelingen aan de Business, de compliance officer of aan AXA Groep te doen en een follow-up uitvoeren van de actieplannen in verband met deze aanbevelingen.
- De acties coördineren van alle bij het dossier betrokken teams/interne entiteiten om de coherentie tussen de verschillende tussenkomsten te verzekeren.
- De ontwikkeling en verbetering van processen en gebruikte tools voortdurend bevorderen/ aanbevelen om de organisatie een optimale dienstverlening te verzekeren.
- Bijdragen aan het opstellen van een controleplan/testen en bijsturen en herwerken indien nodig voor de organisatie om voor een optimale controle van de activiteiten te zorgen.
- Op de hoogte blijven van de wettelijke en reglementaire evoluties en van de business alsook van de vragen van AXA groep om organisatorische veranderingen, gedragslijnen ter aanpassing van processen, het schrappen of invoeren van nieuwe frameworks (met controles inbegrepen) en de ontwikkeling van controletools aan te bevelen, implementeren, evalueren, rapporteren.
- De statistieken en rapporten valideren, oplossingen voorstellen om permanent de organisatie, haar controleproces en de controle omgevingte verbeteren. Een reporting voorstellen teneinde de conformiteit van de organisatie te verbeteren/garanderen door de verschillende tussenkomende partijen
- De medewerkers, minder ervaren collega's en andere diensten adviseren en ondersteunen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze hun technische expertise kunnen ontwikkelen en om het professionalisme en de doeltreffendheid van het team op te drijven.
- Desgevallend, procedures schrijven, onderhouden en bewaken voor andere operationele diensten teneinde hun werk vlotter en op een meer gestandaardiseerde manier te laten lopen
