La Société belge d'Investissement pour les Pays en Développement (BIO) est une institution de financement du développement détenue par le gouvernement belge qui cherche à soutenir le secteur privé des pays en voie de développement. Sa mission consiste à octroyer, directement et indirectement, des investissements à des entreprises locales (par exemple via des institutions financières ou des fonds d'investissement).
**Fonction**:
Vous disposez d'une expérience de plusieurs années en tant que System & Network Administrator ? Vous voulez rejoindre une équipe IT dynamique ? Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne qualifiée avec un fort esprit d'équipe pour gérer et soutenir notre infrastructure informatique. Dans ce rôle, vous veillez à la fiabilité et la sécurité de nos systèmes et réseaux, tout en fournissant un soutien technique excellent à nos utilisateurs.
**Tâches et responsabilités**:
- Prendre en main le helpdesk et le soutien aux utilisateurs
- Gérer le matériel informatique et l'infrastructure de système et de réseau
- Assister l'IT Support Engineer dans ses activités de soutien
- Appliquer et surveiller les procédures liées à la sécurité des informations
- Veiller à la disponibilité de l'infrastructure
- Recueillir, analyser et documenter les tickets
- Rédiger des documents et les tenir à jour
- Cybersecurity Awareness : prendre en charge la sécurité de l'environnement informatique et participer à la prévention des risques informatiques
**Profil**:
Vous disposez des compétences et expériences suivantes:
- Diplôme informatique ou équivalent
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Système : Administration de Windows Server / Active Directory / Microsoft 365 / Intune
- Virtualisation : VMware vSphere / Microsoft HyperV
- Réseau : TCP IP / Switch / Firewall / Router / Wireless Controller
- Opérations de sauvegarde et de restauration
- Certificats informatiques pertinents sont un atout (ITIL, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft)
- Maitrise de l'anglais
- Connaissances pratiques du français ou du néerlandais
