**About Our Client**:
Voor onze klant, een groeiende internationale retailer, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Logistics Service Officer ter ondersteuning van het huidige team. Het bedrijf is gelegen in Willebroek en makkelijkst te bereiken met de wagen.
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse management van promobestellingen. Je zal fungeren als interne en externe contactpersoon voor vragen. Daarnaast ben je steeds op zoek naar verbeteringen in de huidige processen en naar kostenoptimalisaties.
De belangrijkste operationele taken:
- Het in kaart brengen van alle promotionele acties die naar de winkels lopen en dit voor zowel interne partijen (collega's en andere afdelingen) als externe partijen (onderaannemers)
- Opvolgen van inkomende goederen in overleg met de inbound coördinator en de lokale leveranciers
- Systeemtechnische verwerking van promobestellingen
- Opvolgen van tijdige en volledige verzending van de orders naar de winkels
- Het leiden van wekelijks overleg met interne betrokkenen
- Contactpersoon voor de onderaannemer voor alle vragen rond promoties
- Toezicht houden op de leveringen naar het e-commercemagazijn in Nederland
- Ondersteunen van de Transport Manager in de dagelijkse opvolging van de operationele werking
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis Nederlands met goede kennis van Frans en Engels (gesproken en geschreven)
- Een eerste ervaring binnen zowel een distributie-omgeving als een retail-omgeving is een plus
- Minimaal bachelor diploma
- Goede analytische vaardigheden en goede kennis van Excel, kennis van SAP is een plus
- Goede communicatievaardigheden, stressbestendig en kort kunnen schakelen
