We are looking for a
Sales Manager Immunology BeLux who has a passion for patient health outcomes, and ability to coach and inspire his/her team, to come join our fantastic
Alps Benelux Nordic Immunology Team to be based in
Belgium.



About the role
As the Sales Manager Rheumatology and Osteoporosis you are accountable for driving in-field execution excellence with your teams.

The Sales Manager is a connector between the Brand Strategy and the local execution ensuring adherence and alignment between the two.

You are responsible to drive a deliberate thinking process to define the local approach, from which required local activities are derived.

During execution you track progress vs. plan as well as overall performance.

Furthermore, you are responsible for leading and coaching your team, fostering talent as well as safeguarding the development of individual team members and establishing a learning mindset to enable a high-performance culture.

Last is that you are responsible to close the loop by enabling a feedback mechanism to share successes or best practices across the organization

Who you will work with:


From an internal perspective you will work with the Rheum/Osteo LT ( Country Lead Imm Rheum/Osteo Belux BeLux Imm Rheum & Osteo Solutions Lead, BeLux Medical Solution Leads).

The local Patient Value Unit (HCP Partners, MSLs & Access) and Medical for compliance validation of external initiatives.


Externally you will have interactions with KOLs, individual HCPs and payers to ensure Solutions developed drive meaningful and impactful value delivery for patients and stakeholders.

The
Sales Manager BeLux will report to the Country Lead Imm Rheum/Osteo Belux and will be part of the EU ESL community

What will you do:

  • Accountable for the implementation (quantity & quality) of all solutions (projects & activities) in the Immunology Patient Value Unit Belgium & Luxembourg (iPVU BeLux), either locally or EU initiated
  • Driver of the UCB growth in the rheum/osteo field in close partnership with the BeLux Solution Lead, Country Lead and local team members
  • Manage the HCPP team, monitor infield performance
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining infield capabilities needed to address the changing market needs
  • Ensuring a holistic approach to the iPVU BeLux Sales performance /effectiveness when delivering high level value for patients and HCPs
  • Showing strong collaboration skills with all internal and external stakeholders in relation to the ecosystem
  • Lead the team to successfully support continuous growth of existing patient solutions/products and launch new indications

Interested?
For this position you'll need the following
education, experience
and skills**:

  • Master's degree in business or degree in Life Sciences with appropriate first line capability skillsets. At least 3-4 years of relevant experiences in a sales management working environment
  • Experience within Pharma
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French
  • Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven cross functional project team's leadership, people manager
  • Ability to develop and maintain internal and external networks
  • Understanding of appropriate compliance and regulatory guidelines
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications skills
  • Capability to communicate effectively and to choose the relevant channels to perform it
  • Proven track record of developing high impact performing teams
  • Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution
