Wie ben jij & wat zijn je skills?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fastpaced and highvolume environment such as Shared Services Center.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursements, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems.
• Experience with AP automation tools is a plus.
• Eye for and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and motivating a highperforming AP team.

Wat doe je als AP Manager a.i.?

• Manage the endtoend accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, timely payment and posting of bank statements.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the AP team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for the accounts payable function to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as procurement and finance, to streamline processes and resolve paymentrelated inquiries or disputes.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of accounts payable transactions and financial data, including reconciliations of AP and bank related GL accounts.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis related to accounts payable activities, such as aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance evaluations.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in accounts payable processes and technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing changes when appropriate.
