Als Project Manager krijg je de projectverantwoordelijkheid van concept tot oplevering.
- Het moeiteloos **opstellen, beheren en monitoren van het budget, de scope en de planning** is voor jou een tweede natuur.
- Als leidende kracht binnen het **multidisciplinair projectteam**, zul je fungeren als de **begeleider, coach en motivator**.
- Het **organiseren** en **voorzitten** van **cruciale reviews**, **design review en gate review**, evenals het houden van **voortgangsmeetings**, behoren tot jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden.
- Jij bent de spil in de **communicatie** tussen **alle betrokken stakeholders**, en je zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen op één lijn zitten en goed geïnformeerd zijn.
- Daarbovenop **bewaak** je zorgvuldig de **kwaliteit en veiligheid** en **identificeer** je proactief de **risico's** die bij het project komen kijken.
