**Wie zijn we ?**:
Het Centrum Algemeen Welzijnswerk te Brussel is een dynamische, veelzijdige en zorgzame welzijnsorganisatie in de grootstedelijke, meertalige en diverse context van Brussel. Het doel van CAW Brussel is om het welzijn van mensen duurzaam te versterken. In overleg met onze cliënt bieden we de voor hem best passende hulp
- en dienstverlening. We richten ons tot iedereen en in het bijzonder tot personen van wie het welzijn of de sociale rechten bedreigd worden of verminderd zijn. We signaleren maatschappelijke noden en nemen initiatieven om deze zo vroeg mogelijk aan te pakken en te voorkomen.

In het kader van budget
- en schuldhulpverlening bouwde CAW Brussel een regionaal samenwerkingsverband uit met Brusselse OCMW en Verenigingen waar Armen het Woord Nemen: 'Budget in Zicht'- BIZ Brussel. Doelstellingen zijn enerzijds preventie en nazorg en anderzijds de bevordering van de toegankelijkheid, integraliteit en kwaliteit van de budget
- en schuldhulpverlening. BIZ Brussel wil de meest kwetsbare doelgroepen sensibiliseren omtrent schuldoverlast en financiële valkuilen. Dit gebeurt door sensibilisatie, vorming en uitwisseling met verschillende partners.

**Wat verwachten we?**:
Als preventiemedewerker rond het thema "Budget en Schulden" en "Energie" werk je steeds nauw samen met de andere BIZ medewerkers en met het team Schuldbemiddeling van CAW Brussel:

- Je ondersteunt en organiseert vormingen en preventieateliers aan de doelgroepen;
- Je ontwerpt mee en neemt deel aan informatie
- en sensibilisatie-acties;
- Je onderhoudt contacten met de partners en de gebruikers van het BIZ aanbod en neemt deel aan (extern en intern) overleg;
- Je onderhoudt mee de communicatiekanalen zoals websites en nieuwsbrieven;
- Je staat mee in voor de administratie van het samenwerkingsverband.

- Je bent vlot met de PC (Office365 zoals Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, ) en kan goed om met presentatie
- en communicatietechnieken (Social Media, Mail Chimp, )
- Je hebt voeling met de Brusselse realiteit, de organisaties en het publiek en een brede interesse in sociaal -maatschappelijke en financiële problematieken en de energie-armoede
- Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelorsdiploma in de menswetenschappen, maar relevante ervaring (ook in andere sectoren), motivatie en een juiste attitude zijn doorslaggevend
- Heb je kennis van de sociale kaart van Brussel? Dat is een pluspunt. Anders zullen we ervoor zorgen dat jij deze onder de knie krijgt
- Talenkennis:

- Grondige kennis van het Nederlands (spreken, begrijpen, lezen en schrijven)
- Goede kennis van het Frans (spreken en begrijpen). Heb je alleen een basiskennis van het Frans? Geen probleem, we zullen je verder opleiden
- Andere talen zijn zeker een pluspunt

- Woon-werkverkeer met het openbaar vervoer wordt volledig terugbetaald en we voorzien ook een fietsvergoeding.
- Een deeltijds (50% of 19u per week) contract bepaalde duur voor de periode van 7 maanden.
- Werkingsgebied: Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
