Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with CTG IT Solutions? We are seeking a dynamic Android Mobile Support Specialist to join our team, working alongside a prestigious European Institution based in Belgium.
YOUR TASKS:
- Serve as a dedicated service desk agent, incident analyst, and problem solver.
- Ensure swift incident analysis, prioritizing first and secondline customer interactions to achieve an outstanding first call resolution rate.
- Provide technical support for Android devices and apps.
- Help users set up and troubleshoot issues with their devices.
- Stay updated on mobile trends and technologies.
- Assist in creating support documents and guides.
- Ensure compatibility across different Android devices and interfaces.
- Communicate effectively with users and teams.
YOUR PROFILE:
We value talent and expertise To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Proficiency in both French and English, unlocking effective communication channels.
- An ITILV4 certification is a prerequisite (we provide the opportunity to obtain the certification prior to the commencement date).
- A minimum of 3 years' handson experience in a similar position.
- Basic knowledge of network systems.
- Prior experience working with a ticketing system.
- Good understanding of Android devices and software.
- Experience with Android app development or support.
- Familiarity with Android SDK and tools.
- Knowledge of mobile development life cycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot Android issues.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
