Primary Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project deployment activities, including solution definition, customer communication, planning, and financial management. Craft tailored proposals for power transmission customers in response to RFI/RFP requests, guiding them through the technical evaluation process. Maintain a deep understanding company products and their applications in power systems, providing expert guidance to customers. Coordinate project activities internally across various departments, including sales, R&D, production, and administration. Serve as the technical project manager throughout customer projects, performing tasks such as line analysis, sensor commissioning, software deployment, and integration with customer EMS/SCADA systems. Collaborate closely with senior technical teams at company HQ to ensure seamless project deployments and stay updated on product developments. Deliver product training sessions for customers, sales teams, and engineers, and provide ongoing technical support. Cultivate strong relationships with customers and represent company through on-site visits for start-up, integration, and training services. Required Skills:

Experience in customer-facing technical roles within a relevant industry. Proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong grasp of communication technology and its applications in power systems. Familiarity with industry protocols for data integration into EMS/SCADA systems. Capability to thrive in an international team environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills. Fluent in English (required), with proficiency in French and/or Spanish considered a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, or Software/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Engineering, Project Management, or Project Deployment within a technological environment, preferably with exposure to power transmission or distribution systems and EMS/SCADA.
