Transversal Operations Coordinator Lieu: Luxembourg, Luxembourg Entreprise: POST Luxembourg As the leading national provider of postal and telecommunications services also offering postal financial services, POST Group Luxembourg is a key actor of the Luxembourgish economy. Within POST Technologies, the Department "Supervision & Operations" is responsible for the network and infrastructure supervision of POST Group, and the management of services. In order to strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an experienced Transversal Operations Coordinator (m/f/x) Your missions
  • Manage the weekly Change Advisory Board of POST Technologies, in collaboration with technical departments, in order to meet operational and contractual requirements related to the management of planned and emergency works carried on the fixed/mobile telecommunications and ICT infrastructure network
  • Work transversally with the technical support teams to ensure that operational activities within the company are being properly executed: enhance existing operational procedures and provide support for trainings for technical support teams
  • Produce and analyse operational KPIs to ensure consistent, high-quality results
  • Identify improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency of operational activities and provide support to implement the necessary cross-functional adaptations.
Your profile
  • Have a Master's degree in IT/telecommunication combined with ideally 5+ years of experience in service management in IT/telecommunication area
  • Have ITIL skills (ideally, hold an « ITIL Foundation V3/V4 » certification)
  • Have an excellent knowledge of MS Office; a good knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Be autonomous, result-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be organized and able to take initiatives to creatively resolve issues and find solutions
  • Be fluent in English, French is considered as an advantage
