Join our team as Head of Internal Audit (full scope) and Homologations

You'll be directly reporting to the Sales Director in this crucial role within our company. Take a look at what you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting technical visits with customers to homologate our partner factories in West Africa, helping them become part of our approved supplier lists
  • Coordinating audit activities and managing interactions with certification bodies to ensure compliance with ISO standards and European regulations
  • Acting as a Business Partner, ensuring that improvement proposals from internal audits are properly implemented across the company and partner factories
  • Preparing detailed analyses, audit reports, and publications to communicate audit results and compliance efforts
  • Holding a degree in Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Being fluent in French and having a proficient level of English (minimum B2)
  • Having at least 4 years of experience in full-scope internal audit
  • Possessing strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Having a Business Partner mindset with the ability to guide and support teams
  • Previous experience in a B2B industrial setting is highly beneficial
  • Exposure to production areas, factories, or customers in West Africa is a plus
  • Being open to occasional international travel (approximately 2 to 3 months per year) to partner factories in West Africa at the company's expense
