Position Overview:
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, developing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and adhoc reports for management review.
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external stakeholders as necessary.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.
