Job Purpose
We are seeking a Finance Partner supporting our Procurement function.
As Finance Partner you will partner in a complex matrix environment across multiple geographies and procurement categories to deliver company value.
You will have the ability to form strong relationships with Procurement and Finance, markets, the external supply base, and influence to ensure the best company outcome.
Key responsibilities
- This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following_**:
- Provide expert insight Procurement business partners on performance through financial acumen and knowledge of the business & the environment
- Influence business decisions including change proposals, investment decisions, sourcing decisions, contract negotiations
- Ensure that high quality liaison & communication is maintained with senior colleagues across a wide scope of interfaces to drive alignment on savings and solutions
- Provide financial leadership & participation in key stakeholder teams to drive Procurement strategy
- Provide financial leadership/counsel to major savings projects from ideation to execution
- Ensure appropriate governance over Procurement savings in line with agreed methodology
- Collaborate with Procurement teams to share category inflation insights and data with stakeholders
- Using both internal and external knowledge sources to improve business performance, build an understanding of risks & opportunities
- Lead on cash programs working with Procurement teams to establish appropriate targets
- Work with our Financial Controlling team to provide highlevel monitoring of operational expenditure
- Champion a culture of collaboration with the Procurement finance team to maintain the high performing team and continuous improvement focus

- Finance or business degree and Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, MBA)
- Demonstrated experience in Finance partnering including influencing senior business leaders
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in complex business case resolution
