- Responsibilities as an Office Administrative Assistant:
- - Provide support across various departments as required.
- - Manage paperwork and uphold an orderly filing system.
- - Handle incoming calls and different forms of communication.
- - Organize meetings and plan events.
- - Aid in the onboarding process for new employees.
- - Assist in maintaining office operations to enhance team cohesion and promote business development.
- - Coordinate in-house and off-site activities and conferences.
Profile of an Office Administrative Assistant:
- - Our client seeks an individual who embodies company values such as motivation, curiosity, teamwork, connectivity, dedication, flexibility, loyalty, respect, and integrity.
- - High school diploma in business, business management, business administration, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- - Ability for critical thinking to assess and improve current processes.
- - Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- - Strong proficiency in English and Dutch languages, both written and verbal.
- - Excellent organizational and planning skills, capable of excelling in a fast-paced setting and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- - Keen attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
