- en ingenieursbureau in Berchem zijn wij op zoek naar een administratieve duizendpoot. Ben jij thuis in de wereld van de administratie?
Als administratieve duizendpoot zal je instaan voor het opstellen van de offertes. Je verzamelt hiervoor de nodige documenten, certificaten en alles wat hiervoor nodig is. Daarnaast stel je de facturen op en bespreek je deze met de werfleiders. Vervolgens bezorg je de facturen aan de boekhouding. Daarnaast zal je in staan voor de opvolgingen van de werkzaamheden en heb je de vrijheid om andere administratieve taken op jou te nemen.
**Profiel**:
- Je behaalde een Bachelor diploma of hebt een relevante werkervaring
- Je ben zelfstandig en kan autonoom werken
- Je weet van aanpakken en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
- Je bent cijfermatig ingesteld
