De afdeling Data & Analytics heeft als missie om op een proactieve manier klantenkennis op te bouwen, deze te centraliseren en te exploiteren om de realisatie van de commerciële objectieven en de cliëntentevredenheid te ondersteunen. Data & Analytics bestaat uit een multifunctioneel team van o.a. 'data scientists', 'data engineers', 'data analysts', 'engagement programmers', en 'business analysts'.
Bij Belfius geloven wij dat data aan de basis liggen van onze digitale transformatie. Of het nu gaat over digitale marketing, het leveren van producten en service op maat, het nemen van tactische en strategische beslissingen of het opvolgen van onze performance, data spelen hierin een cruciale rol.
Binnen welk team zal je werken?
Het team Business Data Architecture brengt op een transversale en gecentraliseerde manier de data behoeftes van de afdeling in kaart. Deze data behoeftes vertalen we naar een data architectuur op maat van de afdeling Data & Analytics, dit omvat:
- Zorgen data data in geschikte structuren beschikbaar is voor analytics (reporting, ontwikkelen van algoritmes, targeting van klanten, predictieve modellen );
- Uitwerken en bijsturen van processen die onze afdeling toelaten op een gestandaardiseerde en reproduceerbare manier met data en analytics te werken ;
- Selectie van geschikte software en tools om onze data-analytics porcessen te ondersteunen.Om deze doelstelling te realiseren werkt het team niet alleen nauw samen binnen de afdeling Data & Analytics, maar ook met IT, Project Office, Data Governance en Enterprise Architectuur.
De specifieke rol van de Business Data Architect:
Als Data Architect speel je een centrale rol in het ontwerp en de ontwikkeling van het data platform voor gegevensanalyse. Je neemt actief deel aan de invoering van de datastrategie.
Je identificeert de nodige data (intern of extern) en faciliteert de integratie ervan in het data platform in samenwerking met de data engineers, project managers en data governance experten opdat de data beschikbaar is voor rapportering, data science en customer engagement.
In co-creatie met de verschillende data-analytics teams zorg je voor het ontwerp en de documentatie van operating modellen voor het verzamelen en verwerken van gegevens in rapporten, data science modellen en targeting, gebaseerd op standaarden en best practices.
Je ondersteunt data analisten en data engineers bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van conceptuele, logische en fysieke gegevensmodellen in robuste data pipelines en ETL processen, in lijn met het Corporate Data Model.
Met een mindset van continue verbetering evalueer je de huidige technische architectuur en identificeert gaps of verbeterpunten om tegemoet te komen aan de data behoeften op middellange en lange termijn.
Je vertegenwoordigt de afdeling Data & Analytics in technische en architecturale discussies met IT en Enterprise Architectuur.
