**Functiebeschrijving**
In deze uitdagende rol ga je aan de slag als pionier om een Project Management Office (PMO) op te zetten en te coördineren. Daarnaast neem je de leiding in het globale kwaliteitsbeleid van ons ziekenhuis.

Volgende boeiende taken en verantwoordelijkheden horen bij deze functie:

- **PMO leiden**:Je leidt de PMO die bestaat uit de cel kwaliteit, de datamanagers en de projectmanager.
- **Strategische projectselectie**:Op basis van de meerjaren beleidscyclus en de daaruit voortvloeiende strategische doelstellingen bepaal je samen met de directie prioritaire en data-driven projecten rekening houdend met beschikbare middelen.
- **Consistente projectuitvoering**: Jij staat aan het roer van de implementatie van een gestandaardiseerde projectmethodologie om een consistente en efficiënte projectuitvoering te waarborgen. Je ontwikkelt KPI's en een adequaat resource-en capaciteitsmanagement. Tevens selecteer en implementeer je projectmanagementtools om de projectwerking te ondersteunen.
- **Ontwikkeling van projectmanagementvaardigheden**: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de continue ontwikkeling van de projectmanagementvaardigheden binnen je team en biedt ondersteuning aan projectleiders doorheen het ziekenhuis.
- **Portfolio management**: Als PMO manager beheer je het projectportfolio met bijzondere aandacht voor de samenhang tussen alle projecten. Je neemt de leiding in rapportering, monitoring (via dashboards), risicobeheer en kwaliteitsbeheer van de projecten.
- **Faciliteren van communicatie en samenwerking**:Je zorgt voor vlotte communicatie en samenwerking tussen diverse teams en stakeholders, waarbij uniformiteit in de communicatie een sleutelrol speelt.****:

- **Lerende cultuur en continue verbetering**:Je stimuleert een lerende cultuur binnen de organisatie met focus op continue verbetering, evaluatie van projecten en opvolging van KPI's.
- **Ziekenhuisbreed kwaliteitsbeleid**:Als verantwoordelijke voor het ziekenhuisbreed kwaliteitsbeleid vertaal je strategische doelstellingen naar een operationeel kwaliteitsbeleid, waarbij je de principes van het PMO integreert.

**Profiel**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma en waardevolle leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de dynamische omgeving van de ziekenhuissector.
- Je beschikt over proces
- en projectmanagement expertise met een sterke affiniteit voor lean principes. Ervaring met dergelijke processen binnen de ziekenhuiscontext betekent een troef.
- Je hebt een kwaliteitsgedreven focus: je bent gedreven door kwaliteit en staat klaar om je te verdiepen in het kwaliteitssysteem FlaQuM. Je hebt een theoretische achtergrond in kwaliteitsmanagement en bent tevens in staat om met een pragmatische benadering concrete resultaten te behalen.
- Je hebt een strategisch en analytische denkvermogen en kan abstracte concepten omzetten naar tastbare operationele doelstellingen.
- Je bent doelgericht en weet hoe je oplossingen kan vinden die effectief en duurzaam zijn. Je focus ligt op het behalen van tastbare resultaten die een impact hebben op de organisatie.
- Door je kritisch denkvermogen en assertiviteit weet je inefficiënties aan te pakken en optimalisaties door te voeren.
- Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zijn een krachtig instrument waarmee je op verschillende niveaus helder en vlot kan communiceren.
