YOUR JOB

  • After a training period, you are the focal point for customer requests and daytoday account activities in order to maintain and enhance custome relationships.
  • You support the account managers so they can target and grow existing accounts.
  • You support web shop cration, product searches, quote and order creations?,....
  • You are responsible for a fast and flawless support for the internal sales team.
  • You maintain good relationships internally (backoffice, purchase team, colleagues,...) and external (vendors, distributors,...)

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are a jackofalltrades with good administrative skills.
  • Accuracy and precision are important.
  • As you are a strong communicator, you are fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
  • You are enthusiastic, driven and proactive in servicing our customers.
  • No 2 days are alike. As a sales support employee, you need to be able to adapt quickly, that is why we are looking for someone with a minimum of 1year of relevant working experience in a sales support role.
  • You are a team player who is organized, flexible and used to work independently in a stressful environment. You have an eye for detail and precision.
