Pour compléter leurs équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un « **Technical Lead à orientation électricité » (H/F)**.
**Responsabilités**
En qualité de **Technical Lead** vous apportez votre expertise dès la phase de chiffrage et jusque la mise en services de nos projets en électricité industrielle. Vous êtes rattaché au Bureau d'Etudes. Vous supervisez une équipe **dynamique** constituée de **spécialistes** intervenant dans divers secteurs industriels tels que le pharmaceutique, l'agroalimentaire, la cimenterie ou la chimie.
Vos responsabilités principales sont les suivantes:
- Contribuer à la conception et à la planification des projets.
- Assurer le suivi des projets sur le site client.
- Analyser le contenu du cahier des charges et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées aux besoins du client.
- Effectuer l'étude et la conception de plans électriques ainsi que des documents techniques.
- Gérer une équipe de 2 à 5 personnes.
- Être le point de contact des différents intervenants sur le projet (clients, équipes, bureaux d'études, fournisseurs et contractants).
- Veiller à la validation des documents réalisés et rédiger les rapports liés au suivi sur le terrain.
- Participer et animer le déroulement des réunions techniques.
**Profil**
- Vous êtes ingénieur titulaire d'un master ou vous possédez, a mínima 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'électricité industrielle.
- Vous possédez de l'expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique, agroalimentaire, la cimenterie ou la chimie.
- Vous avez la maitrise d'un logiciel de CAO/DAO en électricité (Autocad/See electrical/Eplan) et d'un outil de calcul de câbles (TR-CIEL/Caneco).
- Vous êtes à l'écoute et faites preuve d'aisance en gestion d'équipe.
- Vous disposez de bonnes capacités de communication et vous appréciez travailler en équipe.
- Vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux(se) et êtes orienté(e) résultats.
- La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
