Summary:

  • We are looking for an OSS/BSS Architect for Telecom Top-3 player in Belgium. Through this role, you will be the technical reference person for a transversal functional domain. You design the architecture framework of the domain so that it responds to the needs of the organization from an agility and cost efficiency perspective. You recommend the most appropriate solutions to meet the business requirements for complex projects.

Skills:

  • You have a university degree with a min. of 35year experience in designing cost effective IT solution
  • Previous exposure to IT outsourcing delivery model (on/offshore) is a plus
  • Proven experience in IT partner and contract management is a plus

Missions:

  • You define the transition path from current IT stack to target vision and control its correct execution during projects/programs rollout.
  • As IT OSS Solution Architect you are responsible for the IT OSS architecture domain. This domain covers the Telco network management support, the resources inventory, services provisioning and service assurance.
  • As IT OSS Solution Architect you are the interface with your architect peers from other domains (BSS, Digital, Data, Infra & Security) and with Enterprise Architects.
  • Maintain and enforce domain best practices and principles
  • Maintain domain architecture blueprints
  • Drive innovation for a transversal functional domain by closely monitoring industry trends and understanding their impact on technology
  • Identify and recommend fit to purpose solutions to meet the target architecture
  • Focus on execution plan in the framework of small to medium projects, provide the high level solution and control the deliverables from the outsourcing partner
  • Contribute to vendor rationalization
