- Je stelt communicatieplannen op op basis van Go-To-Market briefings om de gestelde doelen op het gebied van verkoop en naamsbekendheid te bereiken;
- In samenwerking met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van dit plan van begin tot eind: interne en externe communicatie (direct mailings, intranetpublicaties, pagina's voor de publieke website, nieuwsbrieven, evenementen, video's, posters, flyers, enz;)
- Je brieft copywriters, ontwerpteams, externe partners, enz;
- Je controleert het communicatiemateriaal;
- Je beheert je projecten in overeenstemming met de algemene communicatiestrategie en merkrichtlijnen van onze klant en zorgt ervoor dat alle communicatie naar de klanten van je doelgroep geharmoniseerd is.
**Profile**
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma en/of ervaring in dit domein;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans;
- Je hebt een passie voor communicatie (earned en paid media);
- Je bent een gemotiveerde, gestructureerde en georganiseerde projectmanager;
- Je bent in staat om het overzicht te bewaren over je projecten en tegelijkertijd de kwaliteit van de details te garanderen;
- Je hebt het vermogen om met strakke deadlines te werken, prioriteiten te verleggen en een evenwicht te vinden tussen korte-termijn vereisten en lange-termijn strategische doelstellingen;
- Je hebt het vermogen om leiderschap te tonen, te overtuigen en transversaal te werken binnen de organisatie;
- je bent een teamspeler, maar je kunt ook zelfstandig werken;
- Je bent resultaatgericht, houdt rekening met deadlines en budgetten;
- Je bent in staat om problemen en dossiers (vaak complex of gevoelig) snel en correct te analyseren en samen te vatten, en een concrete communicatiestrategie voor te stellen;
- Je bent creatief, maar realistisch en pragmatisch;
- Je stelt klanten centraal in je projecten.
