You are passionate about people and recruitment and you are looking for a next step in a corporate, but people-centric and informal environment.

As part of the Benelux HR team, you will work for different brands, departments and levels of seniority:
from finding young graduates to senior managers. You are a true business partner for the business in finding new talent for their teams.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder management: working with different departments in the company (for example Finance, Sales, Operations and categories like Food and Coffee).
  • Work with international colleagues such as the Talent team in NL, sourcing team in Milan, colleagues from Zone Europe or preferred suppliers.
We are looking for someone with

  • At least 35 years of experience in the recruiting industry, ideally with experience in a corporate environment, preferably in FMCG (but is not mandatory)
  • Good organization & communication skills
  • Passion for people; you have the ability to recognize, select and convince talent regardless their background
  • Strong key stakeholder management skills.
  • A very good knowledge level of Dutch and/or French, and a strong understanding of English.
  • A good knowledge of a recruitment software (we are using SuccessFactors, Linkedin, ao).

You are part of the Benelux Talent team, consisting of multiple recruiters and training & learning specialists in the Netherlands & Belgium.

You will be based in the Brussels office.
