Position Summary


We are looking for a marketer that is curious, proactive, and a critical thinker to help take Lillet to new heights in the hearts and minds of Belgian and Dutch consumers.


Under the direction of the Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will play a key role in the achievement and growth of the brand.

This role focuses on aiding in the development of brand planning and developing and executing brand activities that are consumer centric.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign development & execution
  • In partnership with the brand manager, lead agency briefs, coordination with sales team, ensure the plan is executed flawlessly and lead postcampaign analysis to optimize future activities.


 Material production
  • Brief to suppliers, samples checking and validation, follow up.


 Datadriven decision making
  • Analyze data, including sales performance, market research, and industry/category trends, to understand the state of the business and identify business insights that will unlock new opportunities.


 Stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively, appropriately tailoring messages to the consumer, retailer, various crossfunctional groups, and levels of management.


 Crossfunctional project management
  • Engage various crossfunctional teams such as trade marketing, digital, ontrade sales, and supply to drive execution of short
- and long-term business initiatives.

  • Extend brand Initiatives to the trade
  • Work in collaboration with ontrade team and clients to develop programs and tools that will help increase rotations.
  • Assistance on brand ambassador missions
  • In collaboration with the Lillet brand ambassadors, meeting with clients, events organization, presence onsite, follow up.

Preferred education and experience:

  • University cursus, preferable in Business or Commerce
  • Marketing experience, preferable in FMCG or spirit industry
  • High level of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Creativity to bring new ideas to life
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player

Technical Competencies:

  • Fluent in English
  • French and/or Dutch is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
