Main goals
- You offer IT solutions in the framing type phases:
o Respecting the principles and standards established by the IT department and by the enterprise architecture;
o Integrating into the existing IT landscape.
- You supervise the projects in the implementation of the chosen solutions by:
o Adjusting the architecture of the solution to changing needs and technical constraints.
- You supervise the maintenance and evolution of the architecture of IT solutions according to the same principles as for projects.
Responsibilities
- Study of solutions
o Understand and validate the requirements transcribed by the business analysts based on the needs of the applicants
o Master the IT landscape and its organizational context
o Document the existing IT landscape within the scope of solution studies
o Master the methodologies and formalisms of standard IT Architecture
o Define and validate with the business, IT and project actors the scope and the architectural deliverables of the solution studies
o Conduct solution studies by guaranteeing the delivery and consistency of all identified deliverables
o Produce the Solution and technical architecture deliverables assigned to it and validate the formalism of those to be produced by the other actors
o Validate compliance with IT, security and business principles and standards or obtain the necessary waivers
o Define the architecture requirements related to the proposed solutions
o Determine the gaps between the existing and the proposed solutions and detail the impacts
o Provide input and contribute to the estimation of the workload and the cost of the solutions proposed by the project actors
o Present the proposed solutions to the Architecture Committee for selection and/or obtaining waivers
o Ensure regular and transparent communication with stakeholders.

Project supervision
o Present and explain the architecture of the solution to the project actors at the start of the Design phase
o Identify and mitigate with the project actors the risks related to the solution or its implementation
o Capturing and mitigating the issues raised by the project actors and, if necessary, adapting the architecture of the solution
o Determine the impacts of "Change Requests" on the architecture of the solution and adapt it if necessary
o Present any major development of the solution to the Architecture Committee for validation
o Ensure the completeness and quality of the documentation of the new IT landscape at the end of the project
o Participate in the "Lessons Learned" of the project on aspects related to architecture
o Contribute to regular and transparent communication of the project to business and IT stakeholders
- Contribution to IT Architecture and Enterprise Architecture
o Consolidate at the end of the project and send back to the company architects all the architecture documentation necessary to update the company repository
o Participate in the development of IT architecture principles.
Required skills
Mandatory
- Proven experience in designing solution architectures
- Proven experience with ESRI GIS technology
- Proven experience in the field of utilities
- Good ability to document solutions
- Excellent command of French
- Good knowledge of English
Desired
- Basic knowledge of UML & BPMN languages
- Experience in the management of electricity and gas distribution networks
- Proven experience in drafting and monitoring RFI/RFP
- Knowledge of the Sparx Enterprise Architect tool
- Knowledge of spatial databases
- Knowledge of ArcGis/ESRI, FME, QGIS tools
- Knowledge of integration of GIS tools with SAP (EAM), WFM, ADMS
- Knowledge of Autocad
- Knowledge of OpenLayers, Angular, geoserver
