Tasks

What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle of white collars in Belgium, as well internationally
  • Taking a lead role in the recruitment process, managing it from initial contact to orchestrating a warm welcome
  • Playing an active role in shaping the company culture of the future
  • Contributing significantly to the professionalization of HR processes by working on different HR Projects such as optimizing talent acquisition, talent management, onboarding, evaluation processes, inclusion & diversity, employer branding, ...
  • Serving as a key point of contact for all people related questions, including those working remotely
  • You act as a sparring partner for management for strategic and people related topics
  • Crafting comprehensive employment contracts and service agreements
  • You stay updated on the latest developments in social legislation, keep other colleagues informed, and contribute to keeping the company's policies up to date
  • Maintaining remuneration records and payroll processes, coordinating closely with the social secretariat (SD Worx) and international partners
  • You look actively for other points for improvement in the organization that you can sink your teeth into
Requirements

You'd fit well if you:

  • Have a master's degree or equivalent through experience
  • Have 4 years of experience in a similar role where you have gained experience in soft HR and a first experience in hard HR
  • Are driven to grow your personal career within HR by building and executing an entire HR strategy within Sensolus
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English, spoken as well as written
  • Describe yourself as a warm and trusted person with a hands-on approach, you have to get things done
  • Can cope with dynamic changing environments as typically experienced in scale-ups
  • Like to deal with many different things and people at the same time without losing sight of priorities
