In order to realize Amadys' ambitions, we are seeking a responsible Product Technology Manager to further strengthen our growing Product Technology team and help them bring innovative solutions to our clients.


Job description:

  • You analyze the market, develop new technologies, and work out a roadmap for their implementation
  • You test own developments and technologies, and those from manufacturers
  • You follow up on the success of the existing technology portfolio and manage the performance followup process
  • You work together with the product division on new market and product strategies and the implementation of the technologies in products
  • You establish smooth collaboration with the sales and purchasing departments
  • You coordinate projects for the development of new products and actively participate in them
  • You are an active part of the Product Technology Team, reporting to the VP Product Technology
  • HQ is in Antwerp but you will also need to be present at other offices (such as Breda, Verrebroek)

Profile:

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in technical field, like engineering or technical data and analysis
  • You have gained 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Having industry knowledge and experience in the utilities industry, and the areas of fibre optics and broadband expansion, is a plus
  • You are a team player
  • You have strong written and verbal communication (English and Dutch) skills, and presentation skills
  • You have strong planning and organizational skills and your "Get. It. Done." mentality distinguishes you
  • You are willing to travel abroad to visit our suppliers and sister companies
