About Our Client:


Our client is an international market leader in everything that has to do with the investments & creation of, among others, wind farms.

They offer these services worldwide.

For their warm & enthousiastic team in Diegem, they are looking for a new Allround Administrative Officer to strenghten their team.


This is a very polyvalent function, where no day is the same, and where there's a mix between administration & interactivity.

As All-round Administrative Officer, you will help different departments with their administration, coordination/planning/organisation, & communication.

More precisely, these are tasks that you can expect:

  • Assist the General Management team with their travel arrangements, planning meetings, administration
  • Be the first person of contact of the office + dispatch the mails/calls to the right person when needed
  • Take care of the office, and order office supplies when needed
  • Assist the Finance department administratively with followup of client accounts (check invoices, prepare payments, communication with suppliers, etc.)
  • When needed, assist the HR team with their administration

The Successful Applicant:

  • You have a professional level in both
    Dutch & English (French is a plus)
  • You can work autonomously, but you find
    team spirit important
  • Organized,
    flexible, proactive, motivated
  • You are assertive & enjoy
    helping others:
  • You have min. 2 years experience in administration, or planning/coordination, office management
  • You can deal with keeping track of deadlines
