- Group S is momenteel op zoek naar een Senior Tax Advisor om het Knowledge team te versterken.**Functie**:
- Als Senior Tax Advisor heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je volgt nauwgezet de wijzigingen in de volgende domeinen: loonfiscaliteit en de internationale aspecten ervan, fiscaliteit van de inkomsten uit auteursrechten in het kader van een tewerkstelling, bedrijfsvoorheffing, belastingvermindering en vrijstelling van doorstorting van de bedrijfsvoorheffing gekoppeld aan de tewerkstelling van personeel, etc.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat in de verschillende tools van het sociaal secretariaat juridisch gezien de regels van de loonfiscaliteit correct worden toegepast.
- Je analyseert complexe juridische nieuwigheden, werkt interne instructies uit hierrond, informeert klanten en stelt juridische documentatie en modellen op.
- Je geeft opleidingen en geeft juridische ondersteuning aan de andere collega's in de fiscaal-juridische materies
- Je vertegenwoordigt Group S binnen de Fiscale Kern van de Beroepsvereniging van Sociale Secretariaten.
**Profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een Master in de Rechten, idealiter met specialisatie in fiscaliteit of sociaal recht
- Je hebt een aantal jaren relevante ervaring in de materie van loonfiscaliteit en/of sociaal zekerheidsrecht
- Teamspirit is voor jou een essentieel aspect van je job
- Je bent analytisch en kan een juridisch complex gegeven begrijpelijk verwoorden
- Je bent Nederlandstalig, met een basiskennis van het Frans
