About the Role

As a Safety Specialist at our Kallo production site, you will play a vital role in ensuring a secure work environment. Join our HSE team as we prioritize the well-being of our workforce.

Your Responsibilities:

• Organize emergency planning
• Participate in incident investigations and drive improvement initiatives
• Deliver training to colleagues, including new hires
• Assist in implementing actions from audits
• Contribute to HSE projects and awareness campaigns
• Support the execution of HSE plans for shutdowns and turnarounds
• Act as a point of contact for our department
• Assume responsibilities as a radiation protection agent

About You

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Possess a minimum Level 2 additional training certificate for prevention advisor
• Have experience in technical sector process plants with a strong focus on safety
• Demonstrate social skills, diplomacy, and persuasive abilities
• Detail-oriented while keeping the bigger picture in mind
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
• Proficient in English and standard software applications
