Een effectieve mededinging zorgt ervoor dat de consument over een bredere keuze van produkten en diensten beschikt, tegen concurrerende prijzen, dat de kwaliteit van deze producten verbeterd wordt en een stimulans wordt gegeven om de technische vooruitgang te bevorderen. De missie van de Belgische Mededingingsautoriteit (BMA) is het bevorderen en verzekeren van een daadwerkelijke mededinging in België, en zij richt zich hiervoor op volgende onderwerpen : misbruiken van een machtspositie, kartelvorming, concentraties en mededingen en prijsevolutie. De BMA neemt ook deel aan de uitvoering van het Europees mededingingsbeleid. Zij werkt nauw samen met andere mededingingsautoriteiten en maakt deel uit van het European Competition Networken het International Competition Network (ICN).
Het Forensisch IT (FIT) team van de BMA is betrokken bij alle onderwerpen die door de BMA worden behandeld – van de voorbereiding van dossiers tot huiszoekingen, de analyse van gegevens die verzameld worden tijdens deze huiszoekingen of bij vragen om informatie, alsook de realisatie van definitieve dossiers. In die hoedanigheid begeleidt het FIT team de onderzoekers bij het begrijpen en voorbereiden van dossiers en het uitvoeren van huiszoekingen, en biedt het essentiële ondersteuning bij het analyseren van verzamelde gegevens en het realiseren van definitieve dossiers. Daarnaast helpt het FIT team de onderzoekers bij het uitstippelen van de strategie, het implementeren van de juiste IT tools en systemen in een beveiligde omgeving.
Job beschrijving
Als IT Expert draag je binnen een team bij aan de implementatie van:
Projecten omtrent kantoorsoftwares (Sharepoint/Active Directory/Exchange) In kaart brengen van de huidige ICT-infrastructuur inclusief gebruikte technologieën en toekomst van BMA Een datasysteemmigratie Een casemanagementsysteem (CMS) Configuratie van externe diensten (servers) zoals bijvoorbeeld: Webcraping-dienstenDe aanklachtsite De ektronische indiening van documenten De online clementieaanvraag De online onderhandeling over de vertrouwelijkheid van documenten Een nieuwe BMA website en Het verzamelen van business behoeften Samen met de provider de ontwikkeling van de website coordineren Het zorgen voor integratie met zowel het CMS als met de interne wikiDescription du profil
Je beschikt over een master- of bachelorsdiploma in informatica of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring; Je hebt ruime ervaring (minimaal 5 jaar) in technisch IT-projectmanagement Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van Microsoft-omgevingen Je vertoont een goede kennis van Sharepoint en ervaring met het op maat maken van Sharepoint. Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Jij bent nieuwsgierig en vertoont een sterke motivatie om bij te leren Je bent klantgericht, dynamisch en enthousiast Je bent bij voorkeur tweetalig (Frans, Nederlands) of je hebt voldoende kennis van de andere landstaal om zonder problemen deel te nemen aan meetings met andere specialisten en/of vertegenwoordigers van eindgebruikers Een grondige kennis van technisch Engels is onmisbaarWij bieden
