The Digital Communication manager is responsible for the creation, coordination, implementation and evaluation of digital communication projects (Always on, ATL, etc.) in order to create leads for Luminus' products and services by means of clear and uniform communication, to increase trust in the company and public awareness and to give substance to the (digital) brand.


Your daily job

  • You define, implement, structure, and evaluate digital campaigns (Paid media: Display, video, social, SEA, etc.) and projects that concretely drive lead generation within marketing (sales and CPA/L targets).
  • You brief, direct, and coordinate your assignments for the advertising agency, media center, and other external partners. You maintain good contacts with the digital media sector for inspiration and facilitation of new projects/initiatives (Google, Microsoft, etc.).
  • You understand, direct, and optimize the technical setup of digital Marketing Communication (adtech, platforms, tracking, etc., with particular emphasis on the new cookieless setup) in which digital campaigns run, and you manage the Luminus Google ads account.
  • You work intensively with other departments within the company, especially with Sales (Ecommerce manager, Sales BtB, etc.) and within Marketing & Digital (product & campaign manager, Social Media manager, SEO manager, etc.), as well as with customer service, legal, IT, and internal and external communication.
  • You leverage your digital expertise to improve our digital branding and support others where needed in their own digital communication needs.
  • You provide input for the marketing communication annual plan and contribute to the longterm vision of Marketing Communication.
  • You ensure that execution is in line with the Luminus house style and that the established approval procedures are followed.
  • You manage and respect the assigned budget.

Your profile

  • You have at least a university degree.
  • You are knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You are trilingual in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in a (similar) marketing role.
  • You have prior knowledge regarding the setup and evaluation of digital communication.
  • You possess the ideal mix of communication expertise, project management, and analytical skills.
