**Votre fonction et votre environnement de travail**:
Collaborateur(trice) à temps plein sous **contrat à** **durée déterminée** au sein de l'équipe Brand & Marketing Communications où, en tant qu'expert en Content marketing, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des collègues ayant d'autres domaines d'expertise tels que la publicité ATL, BTL, le sponsoring et la gestion d'événements. Vous supportez l'élaboration de plans de contenu et des productions de contenu associées qui informent, inspirent et attirent les clients B2C et B2B dans le cadre d'une approche intégrée de communication marketing.

**1) Vous savez développer du contenu qui répond aux attentes de votre public cible**
- Vous appliquez l'inbound marketing en développant du contenu basé sur les attentes de votre public cible, à différents stades du funnel de conversion.
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans la création de contenu optimisé pour les moteurs de recherche.
- Vous connaissez les techniques et les KPI pour mesurer la performance du contenu afin de pouvoir procéder à des ajustements.

**2) Vous êtes capable de diffuser le contenu dans différents formats, en fonction de l'étape du funnel et du public cible.**
- Vous jonglez avec les contenus audio et vidéo, les contenus des médias sociaux et vous êtes toujours intéressé(e) par la découverte et le développement de nouveaux formats de contenu.

- Diplôme de bachelier en communication (d'entreprise) / Diplôme de bachelier en marketing
- Quelques années d'expérience sont souhaitables dans des fonctions liées à la communication d'entreprise, tels qu'expert en Content marketing, en communication, responsable PR, coordinateur social media, community manager, etc.
- Compétences rédactionnelles nécessaires : être capable de rédiger soi-même des textes courts, de revoir les textes longs avec un œil critique et de les retravailler si nécessaire, avoir de l'expérience en matière de storytelling.

- En tant qu'expert en Content marketing, vous êtes une personne dotée de compétences analytiques, d'un sens aigu de la langue et de la rédaction, et d'une connaissance (de base) du digital.
