Roles and Responsibilities
  • You are responsible, along with your colleague, for the accurate processing and management of all aspects of personnel and payroll administration (in collaboration with Acerta social secretariat - Payrolltool: Connect Pro);
  • You are in charge of implementing the training policy practically (enrollments, registration, VTO-site, etc.);
  • You possess a comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of labor laws that you can apply on a daily basis;
  • You contribute to providing a high-quality and easily accessible service to our employees and managers, being the first point of contact for all personnel-related questions and the right hand of the HR director.
Candidate Profile
  • You hold a HR-related bachelor's degree or have gained experience in a previous payroll role;
  • You are familiar with current labor laws and have experience in the HR field of social profit;
  • Experience with Social Maribel, Flemish Training Leave, reporting of work accidents, calculation of vacation rights PC 319, career breaks are a plus;
  • You have the drive to welcome our employees warmly and provide accurate answers to their questions throughout their career;
  • Accuracy and discretion are among your core competencies, you work independently, have a thirst for knowledge, and enjoy variety;
  • You have the necessary professionalism and flexibility to collaborate in a small HR team, always supporting the larger organization.
