The main goal is to contribute to the experimental design and data interpretation required for assay development, validation, and maintenance of clinical assays to detect and quantify biomarkers.

• You play a key role in the lab's experimental design and analytical data interpretation in collaboration with statisticians.
• Ensure proper maintenance of assay history files and storage of assay plans, raw data, and reports in sustainable systems.
• Contribute to enhancing assay quality and implementing new technologies.
• Provide technical support to projects while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to expertise development and improvements in clinical laboratory processes and innovative solutions in assay technology.
• Responsible for the operational and technical management of assays for vaccine projects.
• Supervise Lab technicians in alignment with quality management systems.
• Qualify and train the lab team while ensuring compliance with EHS requirements.
• Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with QA guidelines, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are seeking professionals with the following skills to help us achieve our objectives:

• Master's in technical science or equivalent.
• Experience in a lab setting.
• Knowledge of technique and technology (Cells culture, Neutralization assays, ELISA) and operational management of laboratory activities in line with GXP requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in French and English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• PhD or master's degree in science or bioengineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with techniques.
• Experience with respiratory viruses.
• Previous experience in a pharma/biotech industry.
