  • You are responsible for managing, coaching and motivating a team of about 14 Business Admin Tech Advisors who are in daily contact with our Business clients.
  • Your team is part of the greater organization and this department supports customers from the specific segment, consisting of independent entrepreneurs, liberal professions and SMEs.
  • Your focus is on the people management of your team. You coach your people so that they develop optimally in their job.
  • You ensure that you get a good picture of the motivations of the people in your team by showing genuine interest and actively listening. By following along with your people when they are in contact with our customers, you can properly assess whether they use the right approach to customers and you know what they are strong at and where their development points lie. You translate these development points into clear action points with which your people can get started.
  • In addition, you look at the individual results of your people on a monthly basis (qualitative and quantitative results that contribute to customer satisfaction). The necessary tools are available for this. You always check carefully whether your findings from following along with your people correspond to the results achieved.
