Als payroll Officer sta je in voor:
Jouw focus ligt op HR administratie in al zijn aspecten:
- Het voeren van een correcte personeelsadministratie van A tot Z (afwezigheden, prestaties,
arbeidsongevallen, tijdskredieten,...) met respect voor de sociale wetgeving;
- Het voeren van een correcte loonadministratie van zowel arbeiders als bedienden (correcte
uitbetaling van lonen, vakantiegeldberekeningen, eindejaarspremies,);
- Het beheren en controleren van de ingevoerde tijdregistraties via het tijd
- en
aanwezigheidsbeheersysteem GPS;
- Het garanderen van een correcte toepassing van de sociaal juridische regelgeving in de
toepassing van je job;
- Het op een professionele en servicegerichte manier beantwoorden van alle loontechnische
vragen van onze medewerkers.

Profiel
- Iemand met ervaring en passie voor payrollsystemen en verloningsprocessen.Kennis
van sociale wetgeving is een must, ervaring bij een sociaal secretariaat is een extra troef;
- Iemand die mee het verschil wil maken: meedenken zowel in korte termijn oplossingen als
lange termijn strategie, steeds met oog voor zowel individu als bredere context;
- Je bereikt dit dankzij jouw doortastendheid en je uitstekende communicatie skills met alle
mogelijke stakeholders, van CEO tot productiemedewerker. Jij weet hoe je respectvolle
relaties onderhoudt op elk niveau;
- Discretie en nauwkeurigheid draag je hoog in het vaandel;
- Iemand die beleid weet te koppelen aan resultaat en concrete oplossingen, elke dag
opnieuw. Passief afwachten zit dus niet in jouw DNA;
- Iemand die enthousiast wordt van innovatie, nieuwe ideeën en out-of-the-box denken. Onze

- Daarnaast kan je een bachelor
- of master diploma voorleggen en relevante werkervaring
met name binnen HR administratie;
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Documenten voor de opvolging en het beheer van het personeel opmaken en actualiseren (sociale overzichtstabellen, salaristabellen, planning van vakanties,...)
- Personeel inlichten over sociaal recht en specifieke kenmerken van de organisatie
- Individuele dossiers van werknemers opvolgen en updaten
De wettelijke aangifte indienen
- Nieuwe werknemers verwelkomen en hun integratie bevorderen
