**First things first: Wat is Travi?**

Voor acties rond diversiteit en inclusie, kunnen we nu dankzij de Vlaamse en Federale Regering een stap verder gaan en willen we concrete acties uitrollen om doelgroepen zoals 55+ers, vluchtelingen of personen met een arbeidshandicap via uitzendkantoren aan een job te helpen. Zo organiseren we over heel Vlaanderen jobdagen met workshops op maat van de doelgroep. Maar we bieden ook taalondersteuning aan via job
- en taalcoaching. Of nemen initiatief om uitzendconsulenten te sensibiliseren over de doelgroep.

Kortom: we willen met al deze acties drempels verlagen en mensen de snelste weg naar werk wijzen. En omdat we graag willen dat onze projecten vlot verlopen en de doelgroep en hun begeleiders dit project leren kennen, zoeken we jouw hulp. Ben jij de project officer die hiervoor zorgt?

**Taakomschrijving**:

- Je werkt nauw samen met de directeur, de sectorconsulenten en de Office coördinator aan deze maatschappelijk waardevol projecten
- Je maakt de acties en events van dit project bekend via de nieuwsbrief en post ze op onze site en sociale mediakanalen.
- Je organiseert relevante opleidingen, meet & greets, jobdagen en infosessies voor de doelgroep en uitzendkantoren.
- Je bent aanwezig op jobevents voor de doelgroep en laat alles vlekkeloos verlopen.
- Je helpt kandidaten in hun zoektocht naar de juiste opleiding of begeleiding.
- Je geeft workshops aan uitzendkantoren om hen te sensibiliseren.
- Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor al onze partners waar we mee werken (vb: uitzendkantoren, VDAB, Fedasil, Agentschap Inburgering en Integratie, OCMW's of steden en gemeenten, outplacementkantoren, arbeidsbegeleiders die de doelgroep coachen).
- Jij houdt alle resultaten van dit project mooi bij en zorgt voor tot in de puntjes afgewerkte rapporten.

**Profiel**:

- **Hard skills**:

- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en hebt een feeling voor heldere communicatie in een werkcontext.
- Af en toe een woordje Frans spreken, schrikt je niet af.
- Ervaring of achtergrond in projectwerking of de arbeidsmarkt is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen must
- Kennis van courante Microsoft Office toepassingen
- **Soft skills**:

- Je bent leergierig, en blijft graag op de hoogte van wat er leeft rond dit actuele thema.
- Je bent flexibel in de ruimste zin van het woord. Je schrikt er niet van terug om op verplaatsing te werken, eens je planning om te gooien, eens een voor je project relevant netwerkevent bij te wonen of mee de schouders te steken onder events en acties buiten de scope van je eigen project.
- Je bent sociaal en open. Je zal immers als netwerkfiguur veel mensen ontmoeten.
- Je bent creatief. Je durft nieuwe dingen uit te proberen, of de dingen eens vanuit een andere hoek te bekijken.
- Je bent een geboren communicator. Enerzijds houd je je teamgenoten op de hoogte van waar je staat, maar anderzijds kan je ook aangeven wanneer je hulp nodig hebt. Je draagt de missie van Travi uit naar buiten.
- Samenwerken met anderen zit je in de genen. Je denkt en werkt samen met collega's, partnerorganisaties en uitzendkantoren, met het oog op de finale doelstellingen van Travi.
- Je staat open voor innovatie, je vat de koe bij de horens en je kan je helemaal vinden in de waarden Travi: verbinding, dynamisme, integriteit en transparantie.
- Je beschikt over een gezonde portie organisatietalent en houdt ervan om acties en evenementen op een optimale manier op de rails te zetten.
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig en slaagt erin je werk op een goede en efficiënte manier te plannen en organiseren en je eigen agenda zo optimaal mogelijk te beheren. Verschillende balletjes in de lucht houden geeft jou energie en de nodige uitdaging in je job.
