As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will work closely with the Head of Compliance who is eager to be able to share his experience with you and to help you grow in your technical ;You will also benefit from a healthy workplace in terms of working atmosphere thanks to their dynamism and easy going collaborators.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF - PFS- You will be involved in implementing policies and procedures, implementing the compliance framework while respecting all regulatory requirements.
- In close collaboration with the Head of Compliance, you will report to the Board and also be responsible for CSSF reportings for example.
- You will conduct compliance due diligence for both new and existing clients, in order to limit the exposure to compliance risks. Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF - PFS
- With at least 4 years of experience as Compliance Officer in a PSF or similar environment, you have acquired a great sense of autonomy.
- You have ideally been exposed to Holding companies as well as investment funds.
- A fluent command of English is required. Any other language, such as French, will be a plus.
- You have an excellent understanding of the regulatory environment in Luxembourg.
