Procurement Manager

- & verkeerstechnieken.
Jouw functie:
- Je voert **commerciële onderhandelingen** en probeert de best mogelijke voorwaarden te realiseren op het gebied van prijs, kwaliteit, levertijd,... De **bevoorradingsbehoeften **van de onderneming **identificeren **en de markt van de leveranciers en producten prospecteren of analyseren.
- Je brengt de **risico's en opportuniteiten in kaart** voornamelijk in functie van het aankopen van de grondstoffen voor de verschillende departementen.
- Je garandeert de **continuïteit door sluitende raamovereenkomsten of periodieke contracten** vast te leggen en je zorgt hierbij voor kostenoptimalisaties.
- Je leidt de verschillende **aankoopprojecten van A tot Z,** van tender tot contractonderhandelingen, en werkt hierbij nauw samen met de verschillende departementen. Je **ondersteunt bij de CAPEX aankopen en de contractonderhandelingen**.
- Je staat in voor het **contractmanagement **binnen de site, brengt de bestaande contracten in kaart en tracht synergiën te vinden waar mogelijk. Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en onderhoudt een **doordacht systeem **voor contractmanagement.
- **Samen met de SHE manager **stel je de code of conduct op voor onze leveranciers en onderaannemers, het opstellen of evalueren van onderaannemingscontracten is gekende materie.
- **Inschrijvingen op aanbestedingen analyseren en evalueren **waarbij afgetoetst wordt dat de bestaande leveranciers aan de vraag kunnen voldoen, dit als ondersteuning bij de commerciële diensten.
- **Je behartigt onze belangen bij schadedossiers** wanneer de onderhandelingen tussen partijen zich stellen, een nauw contact met -, en kennis van verzekeringsdossiers gerelateerd aan onze operaties is een must.
- Tot slot ben je **verantwoordelijk voor het supplier management, **sta je in voor de opbouw van sterke partnerships en zorg je voor periodieke leveranciers-evaluaties.
**Gezocht profiel**
- Je beschikt mínimaal over een **masterdiploma** bij voorkeur in een** economische richting **en vult dit aan met mínimaal **5 jaar ervaring.**:
- Je bent een **bruggenbouwer **met goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden die met de gepaste doch strakke communicatiestijl de verschillende stakeholders weet te verenigen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands, Frans en Engels**:
- Je kan vlot werken met de Windows en de Office pakketten. Daarnaast ben je in het bezit van een** basiskennis ERP systemen**, kennis EXACT online is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt relevante **ervaring opgebouwd in een bouwtechnische omgeving** en het schrikt je niet af om je te verdiepen in onze producten en artikelen.
